Free founding beta
What happens next.
The Sessionhand beta will be free, but it is not open yet. The first invites go out after the local safety tests pass, and the group will stay small enough to watch the first install closely.
Get an invite
Cuekeeping will choose 5-10 Ableton users whose setups fit the first test. An invite is not guaranteed.
Accept and prepare
Invited testers will accept the beta agreement, confirm compatibility and make a separate backup plus a working copy of a real Set.
Run the first audit
The first session starts with installation, a connection check and a read-only Session Audit. Write features stay gated until the safety path is proven.
Tell us what broke
The useful feedback is setup time, confusing steps, incorrect readback, repeated use and the jobs you actually want finished.
First support target
Check your setup before an invite.
Mac: Apple silicon.
Ableton: Live 12 with Max for Live.
Agent: A local Codex or Claude Code account that you already control.
Project: A copied Set you can safely inspect, never your only copy.
The safety line
No original projects.
Pre-release software can fail. Founding testers will work on copies, keep a separate backup and stop at the first unexplained change.
