Operator and agreement
Cuekeeping is operated by Dallas Dwight as a sole proprietor in South Carolina. By using this site or joining the beta list, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.
What the site provides
The site describes software in development and lets people request beta updates. Joining the list is not admission to the beta, a purchase, a promise of access or a guarantee that a product will launch on a particular date.
The founding beta is free, and no product is currently sold through this site. Any future purchase, license, refund or subscription terms will be shown before checkout and may include additional terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Information you submit must be accurate and must belong to you or be provided with the owner’s permission.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, test its security without permission, submit malicious code, use automated systems to overwhelm it, impersonate another person or use it in a way that violates the law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Cuekeeping owns or licenses the site design, copy, code and Cuekeeping branding. These terms do not give you ownership or a right to copy, sell or republish them. You may link to the public site and make ordinary personal use of it.
Third-party products
References to Ableton Live, Codex and Claude Code identify compatible third-party products. Cuekeeping is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by Ableton, OpenAI or Anthropic. Your use of those products is governed by their terms, and their changes may affect Cuekeeping compatibility.
No promised music outcome
Cuekeeping provides workflow tools. It does not promise creative results, placements, earnings, release opportunities or acceptance by a client, library or publisher. You remain responsible for your music, sessions, backups and professional decisions.
Disclaimers
The site and its pre-release descriptions are provided “as is” and may change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cuekeeping disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cuekeeping will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from this site or beta list. Cuekeeping’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service that caused the claim during the prior 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
South Carolina law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court in South Carolina unless applicable law requires another forum.
