Who runs Cuekeeping
Cuekeeping is operated by Dallas Dwight as a sole proprietor in South Carolina.
Information we collect
When you join the beta list, we collect your email address and your product-update opt-in status. If you contact support, we collect the information you send, including your email address and message.
The hosting service also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, dates and times, and security or runtime logs. The host provides basic counts such as page views and unique visitors.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the beta list, send confirmations and Cuekeeping product updates, evaluate beta interest, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites hosts the website and provides basic traffic analytics. Resend stores the beta contact list and sends email. Cloudflare routes support messages to our mailbox provider, which stores them. These providers process information for us under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Cuekeeping or another person, or as part of a business transfer. We do not currently collect payment-card information on this site.
Cookies and tracking
Cuekeeping does not add advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers to this site. The hosting infrastructure may use necessary technical storage, logs and aggregate analytics to operate and secure the site.
Retention
We keep your beta-list record while you are subscribed or while it is reasonably needed to run the beta. We may keep a limited suppression record after you unsubscribe so we do not add you back by mistake. Support messages are kept only as long as they are useful for support, security or legal records. Infrastructure logs follow the retention practices of the relevant provider.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through the link in any product-update email. You can also email support@cuekeeping.com to ask what information we have about you or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request, and some records may be retained when the law or security needs require it.
Children
Cuekeeping is for adult Ableton users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has joined the list, contact us and we will remove the record.
International visitors
Cuekeeping is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy rules than your location.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and its data practices change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. We will give additional notice when a change materially affects how we use information already collected.
